Shipping Information

FAST AND FREE SHIPPING FROM OUR CANADIAN WAREHOUSE

We are a Canadian company and we ship from our Canadian warehouse or our supplemental warehouse via expedited shipping. 

There is no duty fee if you live in Canada or the US.

Orders are typically shipped out within 2 business days. 

Shipping is fast and free and we will send you the tracking numbers as soon as your product leaves our warehouse. 

Please note, orders ship standard ground using courier services such as UPS, FedEx and DHL or other courier companies and only to physical addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO as our couriers do not ship to these types of addresses. Free shipping is only offered to standard addresses that are accessible to routine parcel delivery. 

After your item has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number with an update, please check your spam box for these types of emails or feel free to reach out to us. We are not responsible for missed delivery notifications. 

Please note that due to ongoing covid protocols and complications involved with signature requirements, our packages are not signature required, unless you specifically request them to be, which can be done by emailing or calling us. We are happy to add this on for you at no cost, however, please ensure you are at home during the delivery hours. We are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item should you not be present during the delivery attempts.
